Is there a contract, and how long is it?

Yes — once your free promotional period ends, plans are on a 12-month contract. Pricing is averaged across the year to account for months when the park is closed, so you pay a consistent monthly amount throughout.

What if the router is already here?

If the previous occupant has left the router for the connection, then simply let us know, so we can change the account over to your new billing account. There is a £25 admin fee for this, and then you are online straight away.

How is this different from the shared WiFi on site?

The park's outdoor WiFi is a shared signal — it has to reach through walls, compete with other users, and may drop at peak times. Dragon WiFi connects a dedicated antenna and router directly to your caravan, giving you your own private connection. Nobody else is on it, and there's nothing between you and the signal.

Is there a free trial or promotional period?

Yes. New installations include 20 GB of free data per month for a promotional period — through to the end of December or April, depending on when you join.

How much does installation cost?

Installation is a one-off fee of £249, carried out by our own engineers.

Can I go on a rolling monthly plan?

We don't currently offer a monthly rolling option — plans are on a 12-month contract after the promotional period. However, the 20 GB plan does include data rollover on Top Ups, with unused data carrying over for up to 3 months.

What speeds can I expect?

Speeds of up to 100Mbps are available, depending on your chosen tariff and park infrastructure. We'll confirm the speeds available at your specific pitch when you enquire.

How quickly will I be installed after ordering?

We aim to carry out installations within 2–3 weeks of payment being received. If your park is in a more remote location we may group engineer visits, so it could be a little longer — but it can also be sooner. We'll give you an estimated timeframe when you order.
